Transcript Saver Plugin

Data Collection

The Transcript Saver plugin collects and stores conversation transcripts that you choose to save. Your transcript is sent to a secure serverless endpoint and stored in a secure
Google Cloud Storage bucket.

We do not collect any personal data (such as your name, email address, or payment details) unless you voluntarily provide it within the transcript.

Data Usage

The data collected is used solely for saving and storing a record of your conversation for your personal use. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services.

Your transcript data is not sold, shared, or distributed to third parties except as required by law.

Storage & Security

Your transcripts are stored using industry-standard measures in a secure Google Cloud Storage bucket. Access to the stored data is limited to authorized personnel only.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration,
disclosure, or destruction.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the transcripts we have stored for you
  • Request corrections to any inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your saved transcripts
  • Opt-out by not using the save transcript feature
